Fabric choices

Our selection of fabrics is only as limited as your imagination!.... and budget!


There is no harsher environment than the Australian outdoors, so we have developed a fabric range to suit every application.


First and foremost, a budget fabric just isn't going to cut it under the Australian sun (and if you're looking to replace your current cushions, you've probably realised that already!) 


We have divided our fabric choices into 4 ranges:


DESIGNER  (interior) 

We also have a range of the superb Warwick designer collection fabrics . Ideal for enclosed verandas or complimentary cushions. Not suitable for exposed outdoor applications.


DURABLE

Affordable yet good quality and offering a good deal of UV stabilisation. Ideal for bean bags and occasional furniture away from constant sun exposure.


SUPERIOR

Sunproof fabric in solution dyed nylon, A commercial grade product with extensive colour range and excellent UV protection.


PREMIUM

Our premium choice fabric is the Sunproof range. A solution dyed Olefin product, we have found it to outperform pretty much everything else in the marketplace. Our repeat orders from very satisfied clients is our best recommendation.  More details on Sunproof below

Why Sunproof  ?


Environmentally Friendly

Woven from 100% solution dyed Olefin yarn. Sunproof uses the premium quality of solution Dyed Olefin. Solution dyeing is a clean manufacturing process as the colour is added before the yarn is extruded. It is friendly to the environment because no dye bath processes are used, eliminating waste effluents   
Sunproof fabric is 100% recyclable.


Excellent Weatherability and UV protection

Resistant to UV damage and fading. Sunproof features superior ultraviolet blocking agents which protect the polymer backbone of the fabric from the effect of UV radiation.
Perfect for all Outdoor applications, Sunproof is proven to have a strong ability to withstand the effects of prolonged exposure to sunlight, wind, rain and humidity. It is long lasting.

Sunproof has obtained UV standard 801 certificate – protect 80 means it is capable of blocking more than 97% UV Ray.


Wide Range of Colours & Designs

With a wide range of fabric types and colours within the Sunproof range, there is a perfect solution for every application. In addition to the wide palette of solid colours available, new designs are constantly being added  

Easy Maintenance

With a high degree of stain resistance, Sunproof fabric is carefully processed and has gone through a special treatment to reduce the fabric absorption of soil and stains. It keeps the fabric looking clean, fresh and new


Water repellent 

Sunproof fabric is protected by an invisible shield around each of its fibres to keep the fabric dry and clean.  ..
